NEW DELHI, Apr 11: Hundreds of foreign nationals have reportedly acquired citizenship rights in J&K during militancy period. A document reportedly prepared by intelligence saluths focuses on the connivance of some officials of state administration. The report says that lakhs of rupees changed hands in the process. The money was reportedly from across the border to make possible the citizenship of mercenaries. There are reports that these elements have acquired immovable property like land houses etc in this sensitive border state where even the Indians outside state can not have citizenship rights or property according to prevailing laws
